Città d’Italia is the new brand that Caffè La Messicana Piacenza devotes solely to foreign markets, focusing exclusively on professional distribution (Hotels, Restaurants & Cafés). The client’s goal was to create a brand image that paid tribute to the tradition of Italian coffee.
Considering the fascination that our cities of art exert throughout the world, TheFont searched for a visual code that could represent them in an original way. Thanks to the collaboration with the illustrator-architect Anna Sutor, a series of images was created depicting each city in association with its most iconic monuments, as selected by the studio.
To distinguish each blend’s particular properties of taste, we decided to associate its specific qualities with the personality of a chosen city.
